Set Up and Review

Before pushing forward with a great social media campaign, there must first be a strong foundation in place. We will help determine what profiles are appropriate to have for each business based on target audience and interaction.  We also work with our clients to set up profiles as well as review ones they currently have.

• Set up profile with basic information, custom avatar (profile picture/logo)  and custom background (when applicable)
• Customize settings and create additional elements when possible (Facebook Tabs)
• Set up online control panel and dashboard for managing multiple profiles and scheduling

Strategy

we work with our clients during strategy sessions to review past activity through reports and suggest adjustments for future activity.  We will also address areas for growth and ways to accomplish picking up additional fans/followers. We generally are in contact with our clients each week, but this is a dedicated hour of social media marketing strategy and goal setting.

Maintenance

There are three major areas of activity associated with maintaining a social media profile. Most of our clients have us manage all three in the beginning as they are getting the hang of social media.  Sometimes we transition all or portions back to the client as time goes on…other times we continue to do it all. It really depends on the resources our clients have and how they chose to partner with us.

• Updating: Making sure that there is a constant flow of fresh content
• Monitoring: Managing your brand and reputation by keeping an eye on your profiles and your competition
• Engaging: Responding directly to comments and questions or fielding them to the correct channel

Corporate Training

We can train our clients or any of their team on how to do any of the maintenance steps or the basics of any of the social media profiles. Training sessions are on average 2 hours and can usually accommodate up to 3 people easily. If the team is lager we will partner with the client to accommodate the sessions.

• Training sessions on social media profile (ex: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Training sessions on online tools (ex: HootSuite, iGoogle, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Training sessions on maintenance technique (ex: Updating, Monitoring/Listening, Engaging, Growing, etc)

Geo-Location Services

Services like FourSquare, Google Places, Facebook Places and Yelp can assist people in finding your location or business. They can also be very helpful with loyalty programs and promotions for clients with an actual location such as a restaurant, medical office or a retail store. Since ALL of these services are still in the transition stages of adding features and functionality for business owners, we are also in transition with them. We work with our clients to help them claim their business and updates contact information.

• Assist with claiming business location and updating information (Business address, phone number, pictures, logo, etc.)
• Coaching to create specials, discounts and loyalty programs
• Training on pulling and interpreting reports and statistics from individual services
